Shipping and Delivery
All the orders will be booked for delivery within 1-2 working days after payment completed. The EU and UK mainland orders will be shipped expedited often take 2-7 working days to your door by DHL, DPD, DX or Parcel Force couriers. We ship the parcels Monday through Friday and any in-stock orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
Cancelling before Delivery
You can cancel your order before it is shipped out. The orders can not be cancelled if the parcel has been shipped out to the courier.
Return and Refund
We aim to deliver items that are as described, and fit for their purpose. However if something is wrong with the item you have received please let us know straight away within 14 days of the delivery date. We will contact you to discuss the issue before sending you a shipping label so that you can send the item back to us.
If the products have any problem or doesn't work as described, then you can start a return within 14 days of the delivery date, the UK mainland shipping cost will be reimbursed to you. After the mentioned date customer is considered as satisfied with the delivery and the product . We can not consider return or refund of the used scooters after the mentioned date, however buyers can contact the manufacturer to resolve any kind issues which might rise up later.
If you just changed your mind and the return is based on your personal problems then you are liable to pay return shipping cost yourself. In this case the scooter must be in the original packing same brand new condition as you received. You can start this return up to 28 days of the delivery date.
The items are refunded or replaced when the support teams ascertain the scooter has gone faulty due to defects in materials/ workmanship within 14 days (starting from the date of delivery). There is not any shipping fees for returns or replacements of UK mainland addresses in this case. All parts must be returned in the box with the main item. This includes the charger, manual, screws, tools and anything else that was in the box. Once your return received and inspected, the support team will contact you to notify you that they have received the returned scooter. You also will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or PayPal account in 2 working days. This might take few working days to show in your account based on your bank processing time.
There is not any handling fee for returning/ replacing/ maintaining the product, but please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return address and other instructions.
Warranty
All the products (provided on the Website SKOOTERZ.CO.UK) are warranted by the Manufacturers of the related brands. The warranty details are described in the warranty leaflet coming in the scooter box. The warranty is against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve months. In case of happening any related defects please take a video and send it to the manufacturer's contact which provided in the leaflet. The support teams are able to send you the spare parts and provide you instructions to fix the problem during the warranty period. All the electric scooters are not to be used on footpaths, cycle lanes or roads in the UK.
